This week….we are meeting at Selborne !!!!!!!!!…..

This week all groups are meeting at Selborne at 6:30. Bill is organising this event…

On Friday 2nd March, Woodcraft will be meeting at the Field Study Centre in Selborne. The session will start at 6.30pm for all groups and finish at 8.30pm. There will be no alternative club at The Triangle Centre. There is no fee for this event.

  • Walk up the zig zag path and play games in the dark
  • Children should wear suitable clothing and footwear
  • A torch would be a good idea.
  • Exciting child friendly science experiments in the lab

Getting Here

The Gilbert White Field Studies Centre forms part of Gilbert White’s House & Garden and The Oates Collection, located in the pretty village of Selborne in North East Hampshire, in idyllic surroundings beneath the beech-clad Selborne ‘Hanger’.  We are easily found on the B3006, accessible via the A3 and A31.  The Field Studies Centre is located at the rear of the village car park which is found behind the Selborne Arms Pub. Parking is available.

[important] Meet at Selborne at 6:30. To get to the lab you need to turn into national trust car par opposite the first pub as you enter selborne. All you need to do is go to the back of the car park which will allow you to enter the site.I will put up some signs.

Bring some outdoor footwear and warm clothes.
