The spring program is now available and can be found here.

I hope you feel we’re offering a range of activities that will appeal to the children. If you have any suggestions for activities we’re always pleased to receive them.

See you next Friday. We’re starting with a bang with pole jousting as one of our main activities – this is always an activity that the children ask us to organise.

This week…..it’s panto time!!!

Next Friday will be another special night at Liss Woodcraft Folk. And best of all it’s absolutely free!

We have one of the UKs top pantomime touring groups coming to The Triangle Centre. They will be performing Dick Whittington and his cat. Oh no, they won’t I hear you cry!

If you would like your child to attend the panto please make sure they arrive at The Triangle Centre at 6.45pm. The panto will last for about 1 hour 45 minutes so please pick up the children at 8.30pm.

During the interval the children will have a chance to grab a plate of food in our cooperative Christmas feast. Please send your child to club with a plate of food they can share.

Please find attached a flyer which gives all the details.

As always it would be helpful to know numbers. Perhaps you could e-mail me back letting me know if your children will be coming.

See you next Friday.

This week….we are at Butser Ancient Farm……

We’ve got a very special Friday evening planned this week. We’ve managed to obtain the large round house at Butser Ancient Farm for the evening to provide a fantastic setting for a great night of entertainment. We’ll have the fire burning early so that the round house is very warm and cosy.

We’ve got:

    • Hot Chocolate
    • Marshmallows to toast on an open fire
    • A professional drummer with a large number of African drums so the children can have a go at beating out some rhythms across the countryside
    • Story tellers of the highest calibre ready to excite your children with tales of daring adventures

The session for the younger children will start at 6pm and finish at 7.30pm this week. The session for the older children will start at 7.45pm and finish at 9.15pm. To bring your children along come off the A3M at the Clanfield exit and the Butser Ancient Farm is clearly signposted. There is a large car park on site.

We hope you agree that the above should be a fantastic night out for the children.

Could you send me an e-mail back so that I know how many gallons of hot chocolate and bucketsful of marshmallows to bring along. ( brian@lisswoodcraftfolk.org.uk )

Sounds fun doesn’t it?
